All staff hold current Paediatric First Aid Certificates and are retrained every three years.

At Apple Tree Day Nursery we work with children, parents, external agencies and the community to ensure the welfare and safety of children and give them the very best start in life. The staff team are fully trained in safeguarding children on induction and their training is updated and our policies reviewed yearly or as legislation and/or advice is changed.

All staff are also trained in basic food hygiene.
